able to resolve, even with Microsoft’s technical support. After several attempts to resolve the problems with different

We needed to make a US-developed Access program installable and executable globally - we were running
into language issues when trying to install Access globally and Microsoft does not include a SDK that works globally (or
we couldn't get it to work for us!)
We were able to talk to the developer immediately and within minutes he understood our
